permanent, Selected individual will responsible for the web development of Consumer Web Site, optimizing the user experience, conversion rates and achieving the overall business objectives of the site. Individual will contribute equally in back-end programming as well as front-end layout and navigation design.
Qualifications
Technical knowledge:
Development Languages: VB.NET, ASP, XML/XSL JavaScript, DHTML, HTML.
Development Tools: Visual Studio 6, Visual Studio .NET, Visual SourceSafe
Design Tools: Flash, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop
Databases: IBM DB2 Version 7/8; Microsoft SQL Server 2000
Architectures: Multi-tier ASP.NET and web services
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in web development and design
Bachelors degree or equivalent business experience
Skills and Abilities
Equally adept at user interface and back-end aspects of development
Demonstrated, real-world experience in web development and design
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high exposure projects
Ability to gather and document requirements
Problem solver who can think for themselves and work with minimal direction
Demonstrated ability to deliver proven results with tight deadlines
Flexibility to revise priorities with little notice |
